I wanna take a pause from my mundane domestic duties today. Yesterday I was torn to go to the opening of SM Aura or going to the meet and greet of #fastandfurious6 cast at Glorietta this afternoon. But since I will tag my kids along so is the meet and greet at Glorietta instead. It was never a wrong decision after all because we get to see the F1 Lotus car in the flesh. We went to MOA last weekend which will be in a separate post to see the F1 car at the carshow but unfortunately no F1 Lotus car was there. While we were walking en route to Mc Donalds, my little smarty pants blurted out and said, car! At first I thought it was just a ginormous toy car displayed on the center asile and when I saw the front wheel it finally sank in that it was the F1 Lotus Car! And we took some photos. Yey!

Went straight to McDonalds as my cranky boy is already hungry. Why McDonalds? Well, a bit self-serving to me because of what the happy meal can give me--Hello Kitty toys. It's the childhood thing in me that I can't outgrow so please don't hate me. It is only the simple joy that I have right now aside from the tots.
I made a promise to the little boy before when he was taking a bath that if he behaves i'll buy him ice cream. He was excited to go out and was even rushing me, his tita and A to get dressed. He was already helping me put on the shoes of A.
On the way to the mall, while we were inside the cab, the little boy said, "mama trapik (traffic)? Oh no stop sign!" Then he whacked the window of the cab. Oh.em.gee. Temper. He doesn't like the cars to stop and wants to keep it going. Fine. As usual, I just explained that the car needs to stop to give way to other cars on the opposite direction. Good thing the cab driver was a bit sport. Whew.
After we finished our meal, went to the activity center to see the cast of fast and furious. Boy, it was packed with people from all sorts. I began to wonder where do these people came from? Anyway, me and my sister were ambivalent on going out and going straight home or to wait to see Michelle Rodriguez and Vin Diesel. We made a mistake not choosing to go out because there was a car mob and for sure the little boy's eyes will feast with joy seeing the pimped cars roaming in the streets.
But before we went home, was able to take photos even if Dominic was small as an ant from my camera phone. Lol.
Now I am excited to watch the movie. I am sure my little boy--my date will enjoy it.
I have been always preoccupied on keeping the house tidy, cook decent meals, and making sure that the kids has taken their vitamins. I too become stressed out. Believe me, being at home is way to stressful than working in the hospital. My kids gives me mind wrecking words that I couldn't understand that I have to do mind reading sometimes. A mother's job is an unending task.
