Coffee Pot at Gourdo's

We were supposed to have a lot of activities last weekend but we were infested with virus that postponed my kid’s vaccine schedule. Lillie was supposed to get a better sound system also but the non-stop rain in the morning and an uprooted tree from the parking area adjourned the plan. I was feeling blue yesterday from my overrated exhaustion and the post tonsillitis. But good thing it only lasted a day and is still thankful for the 2 doses of quinolones, calamansi juice and lozenges. But despite the body malaise, I couldn’t tell make body not to accomplish ANY chore because it means more load of work for me more fatigue. Since, we had a lot of delay of listed accomplishments, we went on a coffee pot hunt instead because our little coffee maker crashed already. Lol I originally wanted a stovetop coffee pot that looks like this;

but we got this little baby at Gourdo's in Greenbelt 3 for only p775. I like this because it’s so easy to use plus it also serves as teapot at the same time. Mornings will be now more enjoyable with a good cup of coffee. Oh by the way, they’re on sale at the end of July for their fabulous kitchen stuffs.
Meanwhile, I had a vague conversation yesterday with J. I guess he was too preoccupied that words aren’t coming out right.
Me: Bili na rin tayo malaki mixing bowl mamaya ha.
J: Okay, saan?
Me: Mercury drug!!!
J: Ang ibig ko sabihin kelan?
Me: Palusot ka pa eh!
J: Yun naman talaga ibig ko sabihin eh!
Me: ewan!
While en route to Greenbelt I tried to distract Dodo from repeatedly asking to drop by Dabidi (Jollibee/McDonalds) and I saw across the road the huge Ferris wheel from star city. Then he asked the overrated question,
D : What tat mama?
Me: Ferris Wheel baby.
J : gondola.
D : cat toot?
Me: Oh no! I told you ferris wheel is more less damaging!
J : That’s gondola Dodo.
D : cat toot? Wow! cat toot?
Oh no. That was really disgusting and unpleasing to the ears! But we were really laughing inside the car while Dodo was ranting to look for the nearest Dabidi.
How was your weekend?
