Last Sunday J and me were both feeling weak and feeble so I asked him to buy a little something to boost our adrenalin—donuts! When we finished our instant dinner, we took out the box and laid it in front of my son and told him it was our surprise.

Me: surprise Dodo!
D : Wat tat mama?
Me : Donuts baby.
D : Wow! Donuts! What tat mama? Pointing to other donut flavor.
Me : Donut baby.
D : Wat tat mama? Pointing again to other donut flavor.
Me : Donut baby. Sigh Ok fine. Those are donuts baby.
D : Wat tat mama? Pointing again to other donut flavor.
Me : Choose one baby.
D : Wat tat mama?

Yesterday, I heard a knock from the kids’ room. The little boy normally knocks the door to let us know they’re awake already.

D : Hi mama!
Me : Good Morning baby!
D : Going downstairs. Getting some toys and handing it over to me.
Me : Okay wear your slippers, were going downstairs.
D : Going downstairs mama. Repeats three times.
A : pweeeeseee!
Me : Yes baby! We are going downstairs.

And she just said pweeeese!

We were almost finished with our lunch and I asked Dodo to finish the food so I can rest as I still felt back pain yesterday.

D : A, yook mama mosquito bites ouch finit food.
A : eeeeeee! While waving her spoon in front of his brother.
Me : baby finish your food. I didn’t say mosquito bite, I said my back is ouchy.
D : Hey A! Finit food yook mama ouch. Kiss mama ouch. Hey!

Teka nga, siya pinagsasabihan ko na tapusin na food eh pinapasa sa kapatid. Talaga naman oh!
