Grocery Time

Image
We usually do grocery shopping every two weeks and I make sure that what we need for the rest of the days will be covered. I also hoard some goods (when I get the chance) for the rainy season. It’s really hard to manage my household especially that I don’t have a helper. But I know I can make ways in order for our set up to work and mind you J and I are already used to it. Recently we tried on a new set-up in doing our grocery shopping. We get a separate cart and the little girl comes with me and the little boy comes with J. This way it would be easy to go around and avoid annoying circumstances. But my dilemma is, when my little boy lost his sight of me he would start calling me on top of his voice and feels like his mom is lost in the jungle of goodies. I know it’s very shameful. As much as I want him to keep mum but he just couldn’t. Another thing is with the little girl, that due to her curiosity, she would inspect all the things I put inside and shake things and no matter how I ar...

The Situation

Image
Posted this on my instagram account. Yes, she looks kawawa there.  During the past weeks my tots have been very naughty. The most irking moment that until now I have to find ways how to deal with is the fighting stage. I know it’s too early but it feels like they are already teeners when they argue. My little boy would continuously annoy her sister and make her cry. But I guess the little girl found some ways on how to handle “the situation.” Feign. She would make it look like that she’s badly hurt and cry like there’s no tomorrow. That’s how she handles “the situation.”

A Thousand Words

It has come, the time where I will answer all repetitive questions and listen to his jabbers 24/7, yes even in my deep sleep. But I am happy at least he can now complete a sentence and able to use the appropriate words despite the grammatical slips.   My almost three-year-old boy can now utter a thousand words everyday. Okay, it’s overrated I’m not good in math that I can’t count everything he’s telling me including all the words he’s saying to his sister. I wonder how they’re able to understand each other? He is now literally a talking machine. Not that I am complaining but sometimes it comes to a point where I need him to keep mum but he just can’t. We do usual grocery shopping every two weeks and right now we shop with separate carts, the little girl goes with me while D goes with J. My dilemma? Every time we go different lanes my little boy shouts like crazy as if I am lost in wonderland. Imagine the long list that I need to complete and every section I need to go to and he sho...

Thank You

Image
Let's make a little bit of commercial from my pending posts. I wanna say thank you to Camille of Lollies and Lipstick  for giving me this award. I have never thought that this thing that’s keeping me sane writing about my daily dose of life and bits and pieces of information would help some struggling mommies out there. Well, I hope to continue this for as long as I can and hopefully/finally be able to swallow a little courage to break the monotony of my style. Don’t worry though it won’t be a disaster, hopefully! Here are the rules: 1. Display the Award Certificate on your blog. 2. Announce with a post. Make sure to post and link back to me as a "thank you" for the nomination. 3. Present up to 15 awards to deserving bloggers.  Chaynee is a co-model turned mommy/businesswoman behind  Mamanee's Nest  and very reason why I am in this blogging world. She was the one who encouraged me to make a blog of my own. She is also the person behind the unique cakes from  Mam...
