Being Blue and Cyber Monday at Zalora

Have you ever had those days when you feel like you're in a sinking hole? Or the days when everyone else is not on your side and turned your back against you?

Well, those are moments you don't want to welcome in your life yet sometimes no matter how you filter yourself from it seems it excuses no one. I, for one have those unpleasant moments that I don't to share and think about it anymore as it only creates unhappy thoughts.

I am glad that despite having my usual SAHM sentiments, Mr. lover has its way of making a dull day amusing. If you have been a reader, I can't reiterate enough how hard it is to be a one-woman show in this humble abode of ours. Mr. Lover can't be an exemption also as he has ways on how to hit my panic button (yes my love, and sometimes you love seeing me grouchy). 

One night he came home from the office so giddy and was obviously hiding something from his stash. I was just busy that time that I didn't find time to interrogate him. The next morning when everyone of us was too busy preparing, he was also busy monitoring my actions and went downstairs and obviously made a way for me to notice where he hid his surprise and I found a note which looks like a scribble of a three year old kid that says, “Because you’re blue, here’s some blue to go.” It made me happy like a kid. You know how much I get giddy even with small sweet nothings.

But spoiling me didn’t end there. He got me a new apple baby but this time with my permission. Thank you so much Love.


Every woman loves splurging and I am one of those who is proven guilty of it. There is something about retail therapy that ease those stress away. But when I had two kids, mine would be the least priority now. Shopping in malls with two kids around is such a hideous task.
