Hello there mommies! Sorry for hibernating for the past days and I have been posting only Press Releases from my blog partners. Anyway before I post all my pending blog posts, I would like to make a little introduction as to why I am mentally and physically exhausted the past days.
Don’t worry I won’t spread nega vibes here but I will share a little something of my kids. I am now in really deep trouble but not really trouble but trouble with my parenting. I know it can be confusing but I am as well confused sometimes so please bear with me.
Since my little girl is about to grace her way to toddler stage she has become a handful. The extent can be immeasurable but I tell you she complains a lot and a lot more handful than Dodo when he was her age. On the other hand, she tries to be independent most of the time too. She eats on her own but with a catch. She decorates her face with the rice from her plate and uses her food bowl as a hat. How cool is that? So it would mean I need to triple my time to finish cleaning the house before they can get cranky again. Mind you, it means non-stop cleaning and battle with them. They also stimulate each other’s hyperactivity so I can’t point out really as to whom is the culprit. But on the other hand, no matter how terrible my day has always been, they have their way on showing me how precious they can be. They randomly shower me with kisses and hug me more so often.
My little girl also on the other hand is trying to utter words, which surprisingly makes sense already. There was one moment when I asked her to go out of he CR because we were already done with bedtime bath but it seems she still wants to enjoy the water. You know what she told me? “No! Go out! Goodbye!” J and I were both shocked because it was loud and clear. She can also say, “tityu (thank you)” and calls me whenever she needs me.
My little boy can now speak in complete sentence and his vocabulary is also improving. He can also choose the right words to describe some things. He also became more assertive and translates to us what her sister is trying to say. I don’t know how he understands A but maybe because he once was in “that” stage.
By the way, there was a moment when I try to question why my little girl likes taking off her clothes, thanks to smart parenting for answering my question. "Babies are born that way and they feel good going natural." And also with the food constantly falling from the floor and face always being decorated with her food means "babies are curious and they are trying to get our attention too."
That’s all for now. I will keep you updated with my fond moments with my kiddos.
