Unleash the Multi-tasking Ability
Summer season is officially over and we all now welcome the rainy season and to a parent it also means that classes have officially started. During the past week, so many things have changed and a lot has already been accomplished whilst the pressure and stress. Slowly, things are falling into places and reorganizing our home is finally coming to (almost) an end.
For a mom like me who has been nanny less for the past three years and finally decided to homeschool my kids, I am still trying to figure out what schedule is effective for us considering the malfunctioned biological clock of my kids. I am left to little sleep and sometimes only get three hours of sleep in a day. The never-ending chores, wifely duties, blogging duties and the me-time are the things I cannot seem to squeeze in almost 20 hours of my waking time.
As a parent, the most valuable element for me is time. Every second wasted would mean lost memories, messy house and unhappy family. I cannot let things happen that way if only I have the ability to multi-task every second. Having to achieve such skill is no easy task. It entails minute detail that needs mastering.
Never a day that I would unleash the other side of me being a monster mom because two kids fighting while playing is just overwhelming. When things are already exhausting, I would always look forward to their sleeping time so that I can get a me-time and have a little break from all these mundane activities to regain that strength and keep ourselves going.
How about you? What ability would you like to have as a mom?
