Learning is Fun Through Ogalala System in Play

As a homeschooling mom, I have to create ways and present the lessons to my kids in a more interesting and fun way. Toddlers by nature have a short attention span and when they find things uninteresting, they would easily switch to another activity.

I must admit that in our homeschool journey, I still find it hard for me to look for resources and think of ways on how I can be more creative to present to them the lesson without the fuzz. Given some few materials I got from bookstores, I still think that our set-up is still way traditional and boring.

Toddlers by nature learn through play and have good memory retention whenever they enjoy what they are doing. But our homeschool set-up still doesn’t follow a schedule. They find some of our activities at home quite uninteresting.

Ogalala is a system developed by IGM based on play and parenting insights wherein play products or educational toys are grouped together to develop the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional skills of a child from birth to 12 years old. The Ogalala system has been developed to help identify important milestones and tools that will help support your child’s development while at the same time bond with your child.

Their system helped us identify the different stages of our kids and the expected developments and incorporated their products, which we can use to teach them. This way, our homeschooling journey will be more organized and will be more fun.

The products they cater are Crayola, Melissa and Doug, Haba, Animal Planet, Discovery Kids,Artec, Baby Einstein, Emco and Oops. Will upgrade the kids’ some of their toys in the coming days to come so they will enjoy learning through play.

Meanwhile, if you would like to know more about Ogalala, you may attend their workshop and I advise you to pre-register here. The workshop is for free and I ensure that you will learn a lot from them.

To know more updates on their workshop stay connected with them through their facebook page.
