It has been a struggle losing and maintaining weight three years after I have given birth with the little girl. Losing was quite easy but maintaining it was the hardest. There were a lot of ways I tried in order for me to lose weight and at least achieve that pre-pregnant body but truth be told none of which was a success.
There are a lot of wellness centers and gyms that promises good results but none of which I have tried yet. If I have yet to try a wellness clinic, which promises maintenance of weight the non-invasive way then it is plus factor for me.
Until I was given a chance to try out Dermclinic’s Nushape service, I was led to believe that there are few other ways to lose weight the non-invasive way. So how was my experience so far? I must say, it is highly recommended!
What is Nushape? It is a non-invasive way to shed off excess fats using the process of low frequency ultrasound to shed off excess fats and burn them. It is an easy, safe and effective way of toning those arms, abdomen, legs, back and thighs.
There are few things to consider prior to treatment:
- Treatment must be done at least two hours after meals.
- Cold shower is not allowed after treatment.
- Cold drinks are also not allowed after treatment.
Throughout the procedure, the trained technicians will explain the rationale behind as to what the procedure is about. KY/ultrasound gel will be applied during the Cavitation (low frequency ultrasound) process, which will be done for 15 minutes. The next one is the RF Suction, which will be done for 15 minutes. The whole procedure will be at least 30-45 minutes. After which, you will see visible results; my arms were 0.5-1cm small after the procedure.
