Did you know that the most boring food I consider is Tofu? It was only way back in college that I learned that it can be a healthy replacement for meat. Even if I didn't like it, (most likely) due to how boring it was cooked but also of it's bland taste, I have no other option but to eat it. In this series of Tofu recipes, I will share with you the recipes that passed the palates of my picky eater eldest.
