It's summer and what better way to maximise our kids' activities? As parents, how do you want their summer to be productive and at the same time learn new things and/or hone the skills they already possess? My daughter for the past year has been so inclined with arts that she could spend hours painting, drawing Dinosaurs of all sorts and coloring her artworks. Despite the mess she makes in her room, I let her give space in order for her to be at her best in her creativity. My son, on the other hand loves robots. He likes to build, destroy and recreate all his toys that sometimes, I scold him for loosing some of its parts. But then, I remembered again, when they attended the workshop several years ago at Engineering for Kids, according to them, it is the kids' curiosity that allows them to be creative and recreate the things around them.
