Mother's Day With McCormick Festival of Flavors 2018
We celebrated mother's day in a fun family bonding with Mc Cormick
Flavor Nation Festival at BGC. Mc Cormick, the brand that I trusted for my
spice needs prepared an activity for the attendees which was enjoyed by the
whole family. They had Japanese drums performance, cooking shows, origami
making and bento making and Japanese calligraphy.
We were given a passport so we could go around the booths. They
have different concessionaires that offers different cuisine as well as taste
test with their newest fry set as well as dipping sauce. There was cooking demo
in the morning with Mothers Who Brunch Mommies, Michelle Alejandro Aventajado
and Sabrina Go. They prepared Spicy Tuna and Salmon in Kale Tempura which was
so delicious!

Kids were also not left out as they can get to choose whether they
will get a treat or play games in one of their booths. My kids got an ice cream
and a hotdog. They chose food over games. LOL
Prizes were also raffled to the attendees which includes different
kitchen appliances every foodie will surely enjoy. The event was packed even though
it was scorching hot at noon. The kids as well as the families were enjoying
what Mc Cormick prepared for them.
Also, they prepared a surprise for mom attendees like me who were
present at the event. They gave out a spice set for moms which includes four of
their spices: Garlic powder, Cayenne Pepper, Curry Powder and Basil leaves and
a planner/notebook. Perfect for buys moms like me.
I was also able to take home some of their fry set and their
dipping sauce which I will be using to whip something for the whole troop. As
of writing, I already made few meals using Mc Cormick products.
