Big Latch On; Tagaytay Hakab Na 2018

Seven years and counting, three kids. I have been breastfeeding my kids for more than seven years and strong. It has been my advocacy since day one and to all the first time mommies to breastfeed their babies because I believe in the power of our breastmilk.

August is breastfeeding month that is why it is also when we celebrate Hakab Na. This year, Hakab Na already happened in different parts of the country and I am just glad that more and more mommies are already aware of this advocacy. To those who doesn't know, Hakab Na is where mommies simultaneously breastfeed their babies wherein they call it BLO or Big Latch On.

If only schedule permitted, I could’ve attended the Tagaytay Hakab Na 2018, wherein I am an official media partner (hopefully though, I can still do it next year before my youngest weans from breastfeeding). Tagaytay Hakab Na 2018 was organized by the mommy group, Tagaytay Moms. If you live in the area, you may join them in their facebook group. It is a support group for pregnancies, breastfeeding, life, love, work and all other concerns.

Here is the video of Tagaytay Hakab Na 2018.
