Did you know that our body has normal flora (good bacteria) that protects us from foreign pathogens? It acts mainly as a defense against bacteria or viruses. Any imbalance will signal our body to produce more cells to fight bacteria.

Our digestive system has an important function in our body because it is the one that breaks down the food that distributes the nutrients that is essential to our body. That is why we need to be wary of what we feed our gut.
