My family loves eating, especially my kids. So when we have a chance to dine out, as much as possible, we try every restaurant there is here in the south. In this way, we could showcase what this place what we now call home has to offer. In the past succeeding months, I was finally able to try two Korean restaurants, but this time, we tried a new one--buffet in a Brazilian way!
Before we were able to start enjoying their food, we were oriented by the attendants on how they serve food and make the most of the meat they are serving. They have different choices of meat that will be served to the customers. They also have buffet on the side which has in my opinion have great selections which caters to every Juan. Barbeque can also be enjoyed with alcoholic drinks which can be served from their bar. Each table has this tiny wood painted in red and green, which signals the servers. The GREEN on top means continuous serving of meat, while RED on top means stop.
With all the Korean restaurants that have sprouted all over Metro Manila, the owner chooses Brazilian as the concept of their restaurant. According to him, he has a lot of Brazilian friends and fell in love with Brazilian culture that he wanted to bring it to every Filipino. He also fell in love with our country--Philippines that is why it is where he started their very first Brazilian restaurant with his business partner. According to him, Filipinos are very friendly in general.
Some of the meats that are served are the following:
- Chicken drumsticks
Sausage
Brazilian bacon
Pork belly
Shrimps
Beef Picanha
Beef Maminha
Baby beef
Pineapple
They also have a wide selection of side dishes available at their buffet table:
A few months in the business, they were only serving meat. But they noticed that it doesn't much drive customers since there is no other food to selection aside from meat so they decided to add more dishes. I think it was a great idea for my kids since they love their side dishes so much that they went back three times! HAHA
And they also have ice cream, which the kids and the kids at heart could enjoy! This indeed is a restaurant for the whole family!
