PhilCare bringing first home care telemonitoring service for COVID-19 patients

When the husband got sick several weeks ago, I was so scared on what to do given the current situation we are in. My gut feeling tells me to bring him to the hospital or a doctor for a physical check-up but my heart says, to stay home and observe him and give first aid.
