Fun Nostalgic Games at Solitaire.org
I discovered a website where we can play nostalgic games, and I am so delighted to share with you what I have played so far; I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did. Solitaire.org has a lot of games wherein people born in the '80s will be able to relate. They are not just limited to Solitaire and the different versions of card games, but they also have some of my favorites!
I remember my dad would get a Sunday newspaper and buy all sorts of paper just to play crossword games. He has a dictionary beside him all the time and would complete the puzzle for hours until done. Finally, I can play crossword puzzle here. It just brings back the good old days.
Suppose there is one thing that I want my children to enjoy playing in this game. This game would enhance their "finding" skills. You will probably relate to a mom like me, you will probably relate to my sentiments. Honestly, I enjoy this game, and I love the fact that I could advance level in just a few minutes of their time. Maybe this is where I was able to develop my "finding" skills? Yep?
Who loves playing Pacman? I do! I am happy that this game brings back so many childhood memories. I remember my brother who gets mad all the time because that slimy stuff always eats him. Haha.
Are you familiar with the game Boggle and Word Factory? Then this game will excite you since the mechanics are almost similar to it. An '80s kid will enjoy this game as much as I did. This kind of game helps kids broaden their vocabulary because of the limited time needed to form new words out of the letters laid on the deck.
I had fun playing different games at Solitaire.org. The wide variety of games it offers brings back childhood memories and helps me calm when work and chores stress me. I love that this website doesn't have annoying ads that make the gaming experience uninterrupted and so fun.
Have you tried this? Which of these games is your favorite? Care to share it in the comments?
